Raspberry Buttermilk Muffins

1 cup buttermilk
1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted
2 eggs, beaten
2 1/2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups fresh or frozen raspberries or your choice of fruit

Bake @ 400 for 20 minutes makes about 18 muffins.

Oriental chicken salad

This salad takes maybe 5 minutes once you buy the stuff....yum!
1 bag Dole Coleslaw
2 Ramen Noodles Oriental
2 packs 12 oz slivered almonds
1 large can of chicken (like Sam's Club)
Mix up Good Season's Italian dressing with a little extra water and both flavor packs from the Ramen noodles. Crunch it all up and eat!

Graham Snack Bars:
1 bag (11oz.) caramel bites
2 TBSP milk
9 whole graham crackers
1 C. roasted peanuts
1 C. miniature marshmallows
1 C. pretzels, broken into large pieces
1/2 C. chocolate syrup

Project runway

I don't know if any of you are fans of Project Runway that will be on Lifetime on Aug. 20. It used to be on Bravo and it is a show that up and coming desiners are on. Well, there is a Blackfoot native that will be on the show. His name is Logan Neizel. I actually went to school with him so it is crazy to think of him being a designer, and I am pretty sure he is straight although he doesn't look it! Anyways, I just think it is cool to have a Blackfoot native on a hit TV show, that I went to school with!

Mammogram up and running

If you have any patients that are ready for a mammogram, the machine is up and running. They have a pretty full schedule today so keep them coming!
