Under Construction

Here are a few pictures of the construction that is going on for the new CT machine. The hallway going to the ISU hall and Dr. Lee's office is no more. There is now a wall and will have the CT scanner there. Where there used to be a bathroom, there is a black tarp where they are making a new hallway. In the business office, they have made a new wall in there. It is the middle picture, they have a bunch of drawing on the wall! This is a big change but is exciting for us. It will be a big asset to have a CT scan here for our patients.

Sophie Joy Ward
Chinese New Year

Saturday evening, our own Lab worker Ginny Ge, alias Guangyan Ge, gave everyone the opportunity to learn about Chinese culture. Guangyan was an organizer and performer at the Chinese New Year's celebration on the I.S.U. campus. Guangyan danced in two numbers, one a solo, and modeled in the Chinese fashion show. Susan Burnside, Nadine Marlow and Nina Eddington with their family and friends were there to enjoy the festivities. The evening included delightful musical numbers, dances, Chinese games, a fashion show and a seven course Chinese meal. The Lion Dance was one of the most exciting parts of the event, the elaborate costumes and the energy of the dance were amazing to see. Ginny was beautiful and elegant as she performed the graceful dances, one of which she prepared by watching a video and adding her own touch.

TKO's
If you want to join the clinics Relay for Life this year, you can talk to Colleen or Debbie to have you added to the team. The other way you can join is to do it on-line. http://main.acsevents.org/site/TR?pg=entry&fr_id=14686 this link should take you the the Blackfoot Relay for Life website. Our team name this year is the TKO's (The Total Knock Outs!) Last year was lots of fun, I am sure this year will be just as fun!
Did you know?
Did you know that you can order an u/s or echo with diagnostic imaging, even if there is no schedule. Just call Diagnostic Imaging at 237-0977 or Jim at 251-3888. Just call and tell them what kind of u/s you need and they can tell you when they can do it. If they can come, just let Cheryl know what time so she won't be surprised by them coming in.
