Levi's on Fridays

You can wear nice levi's and a scrub top or the green clinic t-shirts on Friday until the Relay For Life...if you pay the Relay team $2 and sign a paper. If you come in Levi's and do not pay or sign the paper, you will be sent home by the BOSSES! This is a fun way to donate to the Relay team!!

Uniforms

According to the poll I put on the blog, 13 people said they DID NOT LIKE the uniforms. I was wondering how come? I am not judging, just curious and wondered if there was a better way to have a "uniform". So, I have an idea, and some areas, at least the receptionist in different areas, are already doing it. Instead of having the exact same uniforms, why don't we have a color. So one day is brown, one day pink, one day blue, one day green, etc. That way we coordinate but we can still be free to choose what scrubs. Just an idea. If you have other ideas, share them, I will talk to the Drs about it. Just leave a comment, e-mail me, or just tell me.

Relay for LIfe

There will be a huge yard sale at the First American parking lot across from Wal-Mart. If you have something to donate, they are setting up at 7am. Colleen will be there at 7am. It starts at 8 and goes until 12. If you have something to donate, the team has an area and a number. If you donate, the team number will be put on your items and then when the item is bought, the money goes towards the team.

On June 1st, which is a Monday, it is Paint the town purple day. So, maybe instead of our green day we can have purple day to support the cause. Then that night, starting at 5:30, there will be live entertainment at Court Yard Park.

Yard Sale Season!!

It's that time of year and I know there are a few of us employees who love to go to yard sales. I went on my first outings on Friday and Saturday. So, I want to know when anyone finds any unreal deals! E-mail me or tell me and I will post them. On Friday I got a DVD/VCR combo for $5...and it works! I also got some pink roper slip on shoes for my sisters baby for $3. They said their daughter only wore them once, they look brand new! Saturday we went and we found a power wheels battery powered Harley. Preston stands on it to push the pedal to get it to run while he bobs his head and says vroom, vroom...so cute. He just needs some leathers and sunglasses.

But, please tell me when you find a deal and I will post it to brag. I have also been looking more into coupon shopping, thanks to Kims website ideas. I am really interested so if you have any ideas, find any good deals, or want Kim to do a class, let me know!

Dr. Moser

Well, if you haven't figured it out, Dr. Moser is back in FPC area. Jan and Madalone have been his helper until they find a permanent nurse. They are having his patients from Sage Creek request their records. Sandra and Marty have a drawer in their area they are keeping the record of his patients that do not yet have accounts her. The ones with accounts, they are sending back to scanning. So, if you happen to come across any records, just set them on Sandras desk and they will take care of them. You can tell new patient to the clinic there is a big black sign above Sandras window so it can help them find his area easier. We are happy to have Dr. Moser here and hope he feels welcome and that we can also make his patient feel welcome.

Can you guess what doctor did this?? This is the end result of a dry ice bomb that one of the doctors decided to do back by Shielas office. If you want to go inspect this, go back to her office and just before her door, look up and you will see the damaged ceiling tile. So who do you think it was, was it Dr. Riley, Dr. Beckett, or Dr. Johansen. Stay tuned and I will post it, or you can ask around for those that were here on Friday and find out.
